General rules

  1. Anyone under 5 using the Trampoline Park facilities must be accompanied inside the equipment by an adult. Children aged 2 to 5 must use the facilities within the designated Children's Zone or at times expressly specified by Di Key 15 OOD (the company). Anyone under 14 must be accompanied on the premises by a responsible adult who gives written consent for their participation. The parent/guardian must be over 18. Anyone aged over 14 but under 18 must provide a parent or guardian's telephone number and an informed consent declaration from that parent/guardian permitting them to use the trampoline park.
  2. For participants' own safety, the safety of others and compliance with the technical limits of the trampoline park equipment, participants weighing more than 118 kg cannot be admitted to Park Activities.
  3. The trampoline park provides a variety of trampoline-based activities. Customers use the Park understanding that participation is not without risk and that serious misuse may cause injury and/or be fatal.
  4. Each trampoline session in the different facility zones starts on the hour and at half past the hour.
  5. To make the best use of the facilities, all users must arrive at least 20 minutes before their chosen trampoline session to read the rules, complete a consent declaration, attend a safety briefing, prepare and enter the trampoline area. The company reserves the right to refuse admission to a session to anyone who has not arrived within this time frame.
  6. All users must attend a safety briefing before every session and follow the instructions of the relevant company staff, including Park Monitors, at all times.
  7. After the safety briefing and entry to the trampoline facility, participants will not be individually supervised by company staff.
  8. For better grip, safety and hygiene, all customers must wear special grip socks when using the Park facilities. Grip socks are reusable and can be purchased on site or online.
  9. All personal belongings and loose objects must be removed from pockets before using any Trampoline Park facilities. All participants must ensure that they carry no sharp objects and remove all jewellery or unsecured items before taking part in any activity.
  10. The company accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to customers' personal belongings on site. It is not responsible for loss of or damage to customers' vehicles. Vehicles and items in or on them are left on park premises at their owners' risk.
  11. The company reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove a participant where considered necessary, without being required to give reasons. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or dangerous to themselves or others, or who is considered to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The responsible staff member's decision on all admission matters is final.
  12. The company reserves the right to refuse entry to the trampoline arena to anyone not dressed appropriately for the activity.
  13. The company reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove anyone who deliberately damages facilities, equipment, furniture or other property in the trampoline park. Anyone engaging in such behaviour is liable for the cost of repairing all damage caused, including damage resulting from using equipment other than as intended and/or failing to follow guidance and/or instructions.
  14. To protect health and safety and ensure safe management of park visitors, the company reserves the right to refuse admission to late arrivals.
